Minutes of Business Meeting
of June 1, 2026
I. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by
President Charles Tucker.
A, Officers attending: President Charles Tucker,
Vice-president Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.
B. Members attending:
Garrett Allison, Bob Canavello, Banks Edwards, Chuck Mudford, Sean O’Brien,
Jesse Shealy, Mark Soltero.
II. Minutes of the previous meeting of May 4, 2026 were
read by Secretary Gerald Russo.
A. Corrections to minutes: none. The minutes were moved
and accepted.
B. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer
Bill Little. As of this date there is $2,676.57 in the treasury.
III. Announcements:
A. Next Meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. July 6, 2026.
B. Next run sessions will be June 8, 15, 22, 29. June 15 will be an Operating Session at 6 p.m. if desired.
C. We still have 2024 and 2025 cars available. Please avail yourselves of the opportunity to add some unique cars to your fleet!!
IV. Old Business
A. Report on the progress of new engine facility modules. Some delays due to weather and family issues, planned completion of bench work in the next few weeks to be followed by track and scenery construction.
B. There is a shirt list and anyone needing a club shirt should sign on the list in the next week or two so we can place the order.
C. New log-in for the PMRC HO Web site: www.phomrc.com/index.htm
D. Update from Jesse about the redesign of the trailer. Shelve brackets are ordered and paid for to Brownsville welding.
E. Vote on whether to attend the Dothan One-day Show. Motion to not attend, 2nd & approved. Possible date conflict with Flomaton show and Mobile activity.
V. New Business
A. Please post news, pictures, video to the PMRC HO Facebook page. Meeting times, etc. need updating.
B. Congratulations to
Koda’s Crossroads Train store in Daphne Ala. on their one-year Anniversary.
Russo & Tribble representing the PMRC HO Div. attended and wished them well,
(also got some great bargains).
C. Comments by President:
1. Look into possible You-Tube site for the club.
2.Assistance with the development and building of new show modules.
3. Letter to NAS requesting Blue Angels logo on 2026 club cars.
D. Comments by any other members.
1. Reminder on gate locks and chairs.
2. Need updated club member list.
VI. Club Welfare We continue to lift up Reed Ostrander,
Patricia Dupont and David Ramirez.
