I. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by President Charles Tucker.
A. Officers attending: President Charles Tucker, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.
B. Members attending were: Jerry Dupont, Banks Edwards, Dustin Kelmer, Chuck Mudford, ConnorO'Brien, Reed Ostrander, Richard Simmons, Bob Tribble.
II. Announcements
A. Next meeting will be at 6:30 PM on April 4, 2022.
B. Nextrun sessions: March 14, 21 & 28 .
C. Thanks you to Bill Little for his hospitality!
D. Thanksto Banks for replacing the rear light covers on the trailer.
F. The Tallahasssee Train Show is scheduled for June 25th and 26th.
F. Chip Borona has a Craftsman table saw aand drill press he wants to sell.
G. Thanks to all who worked on the Mobile Show.
1. Thanks especially to Reed, Banks, Sean and others who worked to repair the damaged bridge.
III. Minutes of the previous meeting of Feb 7th were read by Secretary Russo.
A. Corrections to minutes: Main-1 east turn-out has been repaired, not replaced.
B. The minutes were moved and accepted.
C. The treasurer's report was presented by Treasure Bill Little.
1. As of this date there is $2,775.39 in the treasury.

IV. Old Business
A. Work on finishing the new yard and powering the sidings on Main-4 (Green).
B. Thanks to Gerald Dupont and others for working on the modules
C. We are still waiting on the digital controller for the new turntable. We don not need the new turntable as the old one in now working. Terry has contacted Walthers several times and it is still on backorder.
D. The Main-1 east turnout has been repaired several times, a replacement is on order from Terry's.
V. New business
A. Do we want to go to th Tallahassee Show?
1. Members surveyed, majoritydecided not to attend as a club .
B. Club to complete Chip's Farm Module?
a. Moton to accept, 2nd and approved.
C. We need to build more stanchions and repair some. We will need PVC glue, blue paint and concrete.

D. The trailer need some maintenance: left fende lights and wheel bearing s greased.
E. See separate list of show modules that need repairs.
F. Comments by the President:
1. Thanks to all.
2. Chip not doing well, due to complications, he has had his chemo reduced to half.
3. Steve will be having gall bladder surgery.
G. Comments by other members
a. Reed: Need to be "careful" rather than "quick" when taking down the modules after a show.
VI. Club welfare
Our prayers are with Chip and Susan. We continue to lift up Steve, Donna, Rick Simmons and Reed Ostrander.
